Lecture on “Careers In financial Marketing”

Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE)BHOPALA Lecture on careers in financial marketing was taken by Mr. Pradeep Karambelkar, Director, Vision Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. at the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education (IEHE). The topic for the lecture was “Careers in Financial Marketing”. There were around 100 students who attended the lecture with great interest and enthusiasm.The lecture was arranged for the B.Com and M.com students to make them aware of the different and new opportunities available in the financial sector. Mr. Vijayvargiya, HOD, and the faculty members Mrs. Preeti Sharma & Mr. Santosh Gupta were also present in the seminar.While explaining to the students, Mr. Pradeep Karambelkar, Director, Vision Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. said, “The traditional courses like B.com, M.com, CA, CS etc are still one of the preferred courses among the students. But if they look around in the market, lots of innovative options have evolved with the time. Mutual Fund Industry, Real estate Market, Stock Broking Firms, Insurance companies, investment Funds etc. are the talk of the day, and they all provide with different career options. Like one can go for a career in Fund Advisor or become an insurance agent.““In today’s world, there is a gap of understanding between the employer and the employees. The knowledge level of the employees is very low. They need to update themselves with the latest happenings in the market. This will help in filling the gap and will result in the desired outputs. The CFM (Certification career course in financial marketing) course that we are offering will help in bridging the gap between the demand and the supply of the trained manpower in the financial sector. “He added.He also added that, “The coming era is totally sales oriented. Youngsters should be prepared to go into the field and meet people, interact with them and build the relations, because future is based on the healthy relationships.
